ENTREPRENEURSHIP

BUSINESS CAMP

Bringing the 'Silicon Valley' way of thinking to tomorrow's entrepreneurs and leaders in the UAE. In Collaboration with Camp Bizsmart, the first education company dedicated to training and inspiring students in the 22nd century business and entrepreneurial skills. Students will attend week-long workshop at DAA and work collaboratively on real-world problem solving and learning.

Work Experience 

Those students who do wish not to travel overseas or to take part in the Bizsmart Entrepreneurship week-long workshop will be required to complete a week long volunteer work placement. Students who choose this option will be assisted through the process later in the school year. This experience can help a student determine a future career path. Last year we had students experience so many varied careers including learning about the National Newspaper and getting published while there, volunteering in a law firm as well as in the aviation field.

 

Blended Experience Week


 
Students will attend EXPO 2020 for two separate visits, each focusing on a different area of the experience, a two-day workshop designed and taught at Heriot-Watt University, and a possible educational field trip in the Dubai area.
