Work Experience During HSC Week

During the week of February 23rd - 27th, 2020,  Grade 9, 10 and 11 (non-HL) who are not traveling as part of the school organized trips, will be expected to organize a work placement at a business of their choice. There is also an option to take part in an in-school workshop hosted by Bizsmart that focuses on solving real-world problems in a business/entrepreneurial environment.

How will students accomplish this?

With our (school and parents) help, students develop a CV, and apply in person to the place where they would like to complete the work placement. If a student is struggling to find a placement, we will be able to provide them with some contacts from companies that have hosted our students in the past.
